The MayPaul Story
I’m Paul Rades, the sole owner and operator at the MayPaul farm. I’m currently in my 8th season, with over 1,500 taps and growing. I primarily use a line system with natural vacuum to produce over 25,000 gallons of maple sap per year.
Most of my sap is sold to a local syrup producer. I run a small operation producing syrup and maple sugar for family and friends.
